Role Overview

The Mail Clerk is a vital member of the RONA team, responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring seamless communication across all stores.

Key Responsibilities
  • Printing internal documents as requested by various departments.
  • Creating, printing, and cutting business cards for employees.
  • Producing pads (forms) for stores and printing envelopes.
  • Executing printing requests from head office and/or stores.
  • Bonding and/or laminating documents.
  • Receiving daily packages and assisting with their distribution.
  • Participating in Purolator shipments and major events.
Requirements
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to learn quickly.
  • Capacity to lift 30-50 pounds.
  • Ability to work under pressure and have initiative.
  • Familiarity with the Outlook suite (an asset).
  • Strong organizational skills and excellent teamwork abilities.
