Job Summary

The Senior Project Manager role at Paladin Technologies is a key position responsible for overseeing complex projects from initiation to closeout. This includes projects with significant project value or those involving multiple departments. The successful candidate will have control over assigned projects and will be responsible for managing each project from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
  • Coordinate and supervise AV installations, ensuring all work is completed to high standards.
  • Manage project budgets, ensuring projects are delivered within scope and on budget.
  • Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Lead and mentor a team of technicians, project coordinators, and subcontractors, ensuring they have the resources and support needed to complete their tasks.
  • Conduct regular team meetings to track progress and address any issues or challenges.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates on project status and addressing any concerns.
  • Work closely with clients to understand their requirements and ensure their vision is realized through the project.
  • Ensure all installations meet industry standards and client specifications.
  • Conduct site inspections and quality control checks to guarantee the highest level of workmanship.
  • Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including plans, progress reports, and change orders.
  • Provide detailed reports to senior management on project performance and outcomes.
Requirements
  • 5-8 years of Audio-Visual Project Management experience.
  • PMP certification or an approved application from PMI is preferred but not required.
  • CTS or CTS-I (Certified Technical Specialist) is preferred but not required.
  • Additional industry certifications.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Microsoft Projects, and Microsoft Visio/AutoCAD/DTools viewing.
  • Ability to read and comprehend project technical documents, including, but not limited to, engineering and architectural drawings, schedules, test reports, and commissioning documents.
Pay and Benefits

$105,000 - $130,000 DOE
