You will be working in an environment that emphasizes exceptional service delivery to our clients. As part of your role, you will collaborate on various consulting engagements covering multiple procurement functions such as strategic sourcing, sustainable procurement, and supplier management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with clients to identify best procurement practices and evaluate organizational performance to pinpoint areas for improvement.
  • Assist clients in designing target operating models that emphasize governance, continual process optimization, and performance-driven category management, all supported by the appropriate technology.
  • Guide clients through the selection, implementation, and optimization of procurement systems.
  • Mentor and develop junior team members to ensure successful project outcomes.

Requirements:

  • A Bachelor's degree in business administration, engineering, or an equivalent field, combined with relevant professional experience.
  • Consulting experience, either internally or externally, is a must.
  • Experience with business transformation initiatives, such as process improvements, governance frameworks, and technology implementations.
  • An interest or background in emerging procurement topics, such as sustainable sourcing and third-party risk management.
  • Proficiency in Ivalua, Coupa, SAP Ariba, or similar procurement systems is a plus.
  • Strong communication skills in both English and French, with an emphasis on clear writing and presentations.
