Job Summary

Six side Logistics is seeking a skilled Database Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for designing and developing databases, operating database management systems, and implementing data administration policies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop databases to meet business needs
  • Operate database management systems to analyze data and ensure data integrity
  • Develop and implement data administration policies, standards, and models
  • Research and document data requirements, data collection, and administration policy
  • Develop policies and procedures for network access and usage, and for the backup and recovery of data
Work Environment

You will work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines, requiring attention to detail and excellent organizational skills. As a team player, you will be expected to work collaboratively with other departments to ensure the smooth operation of our database systems.

Requirements
  • College diploma or equivalent in a related field
  • 1-2 years of experience in database administration
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
