Store Manager Role

As Store Manager at Mackage, you will play a vital role in maintaining our brand image and driving store performance.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Sales and Customer Service
    • Maximize store sales and KPIs to achieve targets.
    • Monitor sales floor coverage to drive sales and maintain a customer-centric environment.
    • Ensure proactive client engagement and grow the clientele database.
    • Inspire and motivate the team to high performance and exceptional customer service.
  • Leadership
    • Develop and lead the team by showcasing a positive environment that fosters collaboration and cooperation.
    • Partner with management and HQ partners effectively.
    • Actively identify and develop top talent to represent Mackage as brand ambassadors.
    • Manage operational tasks on time, including reports, payroll, scheduling, and inventory management.
    • Model and ensure compliance with store policies.
    • Respond to changing demands and create action plans to support customer experience.
    • Conduct regular performance evaluations and manage store turnover to support retention.
  • Operations
    • Provide training and development on product knowledge and selling ceremonies.
    • Ensure proper maintenance and organization of store standards.
    • Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and returns effectively.
    • Oversee daily operations, manage inventory levels, and implement loss prevention best practices.
    Requirements

To succeed as a Store Manager at Mackage, you will need:

  • A minimum of five years' experience in a fashion luxury retail environment, with three years as a store manager.
  • Strong leadership, result-oriented, and solid business acumen.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • A team-centric attitude and proactive mindset.
  • Exemplary selling, training, and customer service skills.
  • Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize workload.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and POS operating systems.
Salary Range

The estimated salary for this role is between $80,000 to $110,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
