Job Title: Server - Food and Beverage Services

We are seeking a skilled Server to join our team at Hellcrust Pizza. As a Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, taking orders, and serving food and beverages in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional manner
  • Present bills to customers and accept payment in a timely and efficient manner
  • Describe menu items, including daily specials, to customers and make recommendations
  • Balance cash and record sales accurately
  • Clear and clean tables, trays, and chairs to maintain a clean and welcoming environment
  • Greet patrons, present menus, and answer questions regarding food and beverages
  • Serve food and beverages in a timely and efficient manner
  • Take orders and relay to kitchen and bar staff
  • Assist clients/guests with special needs and provide excellent customer service
Requirements:
  • Excellent oral communication skills
  • Flexibility and reliability
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Standing for extended periods
