Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Merchandising Team Lead to join our team at Advantage Solutions. As a Merchandising Team Lead, you will be responsible for executing retail merchandising plans and ensuring that our clients' stores are visually appealing and well-stocked.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute retail merchandising plans, including resets and relines, to ensure that stores are visually appealing and well-stocked.
  • Tag, rotate, and place products on shelves, including adjusting shelf heights and movement.
  • Build and maintain relationships with store management and other stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of merchandising plans.
  • Timely electronic reporting of reset execution and work hours.

Requirements:

  • Reliable transportation to one or multiple local locations.
  • Physical Requirements: standing/being on feet for up to 8h and being able to lift up to 50+lbs.
  • Comfortable working with smart phone type technology.
  • Prior grocery or big box store retail merchandising experience preferred.
  • Planogram experience preferred: training available.
  • Ability to work independently or with other merchandisers.
