Job Summary

Advantage Solutions Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Merchandising Team Lead to join our team. As a Merchandising Team Lead, you will be responsible for merchandising and resetting products at retail accounts to ensure customer and client expectations are met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Reset Activity, Shelf Conditions and Schematics Completion: Implement customer-approved schematics/plan-o-grams/MODs with all items tagged and approved by store management.
  • Customer Relations: Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, including customers and Advantage Solutions management.
  • Administration/Reporting: Complete accurate and timely reporting, recaps, timesheets, expense reports, and other administrative tasks.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent experience in retail, consumer package goods, or merchandising.
  • 0-2 years of experience in retail merchandising and/or selling.
  • Strong self-management skills and ability to complete daily procedures and responsibilities without direct supervision.
  • Good judgment and respect for others.
  • Focused on the general reset of Consumer Package Goods (CPG) at various locations where CPG goods are sold.
Working Conditions

Work is performed in a retail in-store environment. Incumbent must be able to perform the essential functions of the job, including standing on feet for long periods, lifting and/or pushing up to 35 kgs, and traveling and driving.
