Job Title: Barista/Cashier

Job Summary:

As a Barista/Cashier at Real Fruit Bubble Tea, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, preparing high-quality drinks, and maintaining a clean store environment. We are seeking a team player who is passionate about delivering excellent customer experiences and is committed to growing with our company.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service, identify customer issues, and handle them in a professional manner.
  • Prepare every drink in accordance with Real Fruit's formula and preparation techniques.
  • Taste all drinks to ensure they meet Real Fruit's high-quality standards.
  • Perform daily opening/closing procedures in accordance with Real Fruit's standards.
  • Maintain the cleanliness of the store.
  • Help with the preparation of drinks to facilitate the smooth and efficient operations of the store.
  • Monitor reorder points and take inventory counts.
  • Work through a variety of shifts and maintain a high-energy level.
  • Demonstrate professionalism at all times.
  • Demonstrate awareness of store goals and take action to achieve them.
