Housekeeping Coordinator

CJF MARKETING INC. is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Cleaning Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our commercial building and retail service establishment.
Key Responsibilities- Cleaning and Maintenance: Sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors, dust furniture, vacuum carpeting, area rugs, draperies, and upholstered furniture.
- Housekeeping: Distribute clean towels and toiletries, stock linen closet, clean and disinfect kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances.
- Guest Services: Attend to guests' requests for extra supplies or other items, pick up debris, and empty trash containers.
- General Duties: Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties as required.
- Work Setting: Commercial building and retail service establishment.
- Physical Demands: Combination of sitting, standing, walking, and standing for extended periods.
- Work Conditions: Fast-paced environment, ability to work independently, and attention to detail.
- Personal Qualities: Punctuality, client focus, dependability, efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral and written communication, flexibility, initiative, judgement, organized, reliability, team player, and values and ethics.
- Work Term: Permanent position.
- Work Language: English.
- Hours: 30 hours per week.
