Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Manager to lead our Technology Controls and Information Security team at TD Bank. Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Focus
    • Provide technical expertise and consultation to partners and stakeholders on technology controls and information security programs, policies, and standards.
    • Oversee and assign expert resources on project consulting, risk assessment, control design, and vulnerability assessments.
    • Conduct comprehensive risk and control design assessments for application portfolios and articulate the impact of control gaps on the business and the bank.
    • Ensure technology, processes, and governance are in place to monitor, detect, prevent, and react to current and emerging security threats.
    • Contribute to the definition, development, and oversight of a global network and endpoint security threat management strategy and framework.
    • Provide guidance to the team on technology risk reporting, monitoring key trends, and defining metrics to measure control effectiveness.

    • Ensure team adherence to internal policies, procedures, technology control standards, and applicable regulatory guidelines.
    • Proactively review internal processes and activities to identify opportunities for improvement.

    Requirements
    • 10 to 15 years of experience in intelligence.
    • Demonstrated exceptional tradecraft in open, deep, and dark web collection.
    • Demonstrated ability to lead and drive intelligence production.
    • Knowledge of all elements of the intelligence lifecycle.
    • 7+ years of experience managing a team.
    • Demonstrated experience managing international teams.
    • Substantial knowledge of geopolitical events and the ability to derive impact to the bank, its supply chain, and its assets.
    • Drive intelligence production that leads and informs decision making to improve the security posture of the bank.
    • Demonstrated technical acumen leveraging intelligence tools.
    • Strong track record of collaboration.
    • University degree.
    • Information security certification/accreditation an asset.
    • Able to obtain a Canadian Security Clearance.
