Job Summary:

As a Process Improvement Specialist at Central 1, you will be part of the Efficiency and Effectiveness Program, where you will help identify and create solutions for process improvements that impact various departments across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze existing business processes to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Gather data through interviews, observations, and process mapping to assess performance metrics.
  • Collaborate with senior consultants to propose and design process improvement initiatives that align with business goals and objectives.
  • Support project teams in the implementation of improvement strategies, tracking project timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement by encouraging the use of Lean, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies.
  • Communicate effectively with various stakeholders to understand their challenges, gather feedback, and report on progress.
  • Maintain detailed documentation of processes, project status, and outcomes to support knowledge sharing and replication of successful improvements.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in a process improvement, operations, or consulting role.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Basic understanding of process improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Visio).
  • Ability to collect, analyze, and present data.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work well both independently and within a team.

Salary: $84,600

The salary range represents the job rate determined for the successful candidate who is fully competent in the role. The actual salary will vary depending on market conditions and relevant job-related factors such as knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience, and education/training.
