\Job Description
\We are seeking an experienced Retail Store Assistant Manager to join our team at one of our locations. As a key member of our store management team, you will be responsible for leading the sales floor team and ensuring that all store standards are met.
\Responsibilities

- Lead the sales floor team to achieve sales goals and improve customer satisfaction.\
- Ensure that all store standards are maintained, including visual merchandising and store cleanliness.\
- Work closely with the management team to develop and implement business strategies.\
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve any customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.\
- Hire, train, and develop store staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to excel in their roles.\\: Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures.\\: Maintain accurate records and reports as required.\\: Perform other duties as assigned by management.\\: li>Develop and implement inventory management processes to maximize sales and minimize waste.\\: Develop and implement training programs to improve employee performance and retention.\\: Work collaboratively with the pharmacy team to provide excellent customer service and promote pharmacy services.\\: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve store operations and customer experience.\\: Communicate effectively with the management team and other store staff to ensure seamless store operations.\\: ul>
Required Skills and Qualifications
\To be successful in this role, you will need:

- A minimum of 2 years of retail management experience.\
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.\
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.\
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.\
- Knowledge of inventory management principles and practices.\
