Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Retail Store Assistant Manager to join our team at one of our locations. As a key member of our store management team, you will be responsible for leading the sales floor team and ensuring that all store standards are met.

Responsibilities

• Lead the sales floor team to achieve sales goals and improve customer satisfaction.\
• Ensure that all store standards are maintained, including visual merchandising and store cleanliness.\
• Work closely with the management team to develop and implement business strategies.\
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve any customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.\

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A minimum of 2 years of retail management experience.\
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.\
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.\
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.\
• Knowledge of inventory management principles and practices.\
