Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Business Operations Assistant to join our team at Bows & Arrows Inc.

This role is perfect for someone who enjoys performing general office duties, working under pressure, and meeting tight deadlines.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to multitask, and possess a strong ability to learn quickly.

Responsibilities
  • Assist in Administrative Tasks: Provide support with preparing brochures, reports, newsletters, and other materials as required.
  • Customer Service: Answer customer inquiries, provide information, and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Refunds and Payments: Arrange for refunds and credits, issue receipts, and handle payments securely.
  • Inventory Management: Order office supplies, maintain inventory levels, and ensure stock is up-to-date.
  • General Office Duties: Perform various administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and document management.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1-6 months of experience in an administrative role.
  • Skills: Attention to detail, organizational skills, time management, and the ability to work under pressure.
