About the Role

The GRC Integrator is a key position within the Direction Operational Risks and GRC Implementation team at CMHC. This role requires a strong understanding of risk management principles and the ability to provide guidance and expertise to various stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the Director in developing a comprehensive strategy for the implementation and optimization of the GRC platform, aligning it with CMHC's strategic objectives.
  • Provide subject matter expertise in developing material that will provide guidance to business lines and risk oversight teams.
  • Collaborate with Chief Risk Office Senior Management team to build relationships across CMHC and enable a better understanding of GRC practices, tools, and processes.
  • Coordinate and provide risk subject matter expertise and advice with respect to the GRC platform and underlying practices, tools, and processes.
Requirements
  • An undergraduate degree in a related field such as business, finance, and/or computer science.
  • A minimum of ten (10) years of experience in risk management with increasing responsibility.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to think strategically.
  • Detailed understanding of an Enterprise Risk Management Framework.
  • Experience in implementing a GRC platform at an enterprise level.
