About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Supervisor to join our team at ZIB CONSTRUCTION LTD. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our construction projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Management: Coordinate and schedule activities to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Team Supervision: Supervise and train a team of 5-10 people to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to complete tasks efficiently.
  • Resource Management: Requisition and order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed to support project requirements.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed and that a safe working environment is maintained.
  • Communication: Establish effective communication channels with team members, clients, and stakeholders to ensure that project requirements are met.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
