We expect our engineers to deliver high-quality work, meet deadlines, and collaborate with colleagues to achieve shared goals.
Key Performance Indicators:
- Submit for approval and deliver timely annual Employee Performance Appraisals for assigned staff
- Train adequate backup personnel to support your role in your absence
- Comply with all KCI policies and procedures
- Ensure projects fulfill ISO compliance requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Minimum 5-9 years of experience in water and wastewater engineering
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements and permitting related to water and wastewater systems
- Experience with preparing contract documents, including contract drawings and specifications
- EI certification required, PE preferred but not required
You will need:
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering
- Minimum 5-9 years of professional experience
- Pre-employment drug screening is a condition of employment
