Financial Planning and Analysis Director

Clio is seeking a highly skilled Financial Planning and Analysis Director to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving stakeholder and shareholder value by developing operating and financial plans that align with our company goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Business Partnership and Cost Management:
    Partner with business leaders to identify cost-saving opportunities and optimize financial performance. Develop and manage the annual budget and forecasting process, focusing on operating expenses and cash flow and balance sheet management.
  2. Financial Modeling and Reporting:
    Develop and maintain complex financial models that support external stakeholders with a deep understanding of financial metrics. Ensure the accuracy and completeness of financial reports, and communicate financial results effectively to stakeholders.
  3. Strategic Investments and Analysis:
    Lead the evaluation of potential investments and acquisitions, conducting financial modeling and scenario analysis. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and develop new metrics to track progress towards strategic goals.
Requirements:
  • Experience in a leadership role within FP&A.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills to convey financial information to diverse stakeholders.
  • Proven experience with cost management and headcount planning initiatives.
  • Experience in developing and maintaining financial models that have been used to support external financial audiences.
