About the Role

Sunbelt Rentals is seeking a skilled Chain Hoist Mechanic to join our team. As a Chain Hoist Mechanic, you will be responsible for performing preventive maintenance and repairs on chain hoists in a safe and efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on chain hoists to ensure optimal performance and safety
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues with chain hoists
  • Work with a team of experienced technicians to maintain a high level of service quality
  • Develop and implement effective maintenance schedules to minimize downtime

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; trade school or equivalent training desired
  • 1-3 years of mechanic experience; experience with chain hoists and heavy equipment a plus
  • Knowledge of electrical systems and troubleshooting fundamentals
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
