About the Role

Sunbelt Rentals is seeking a skilled Chain Hoist Mechanic to join our team. As a Chain Hoist Mechanic, you will be responsible for performing preventive maintenance and repairs on Chain Hoists in a safe and efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on Chain Hoists to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues with Chain Hoists
  • Work with a team of experienced technicians to achieve common goals and objectives
  • Develop and maintain a strong understanding of electrical systems and troubleshooting fundamentals

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; trade school or equivalent training desired
  • 1-3 years of mechanic experience; experience with heavy equipment and electrical systems a plus
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Knowledge of electrical systems and troubleshooting fundamentals
