Banquet Manager

At Maharani Banquet Hall Ltd., we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Banquet Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the planning and execution of events, ensuring seamless service delivery, and maintaining high standards of quality and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:- Monitor revenues to determine labour costs and optimize staffing levels.
- Supervise staff to ensure excellent service delivery and maintain a positive work environment.
- Set staff work schedules and coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of food and other supplies.
- Negotiate with clients to secure catering and event bookings.
- Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Manage events from start to finish, ensuring timely setup, execution, and breakdown.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Permanent employment with 35 to 40 hours per week.
- Fluency in English.
