About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced General Supervisor to join our team at KD Construction Group Ltd. As a General Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our construction and maintenance projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Management: Coordinate and schedule activities to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Team Supervision: Supervise and train a team of 3-4 people to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to complete tasks efficiently.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed and that the work site is a safe environment for employees and clients.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with clients, employees, and other stakeholders to ensure that projects are completed to their satisfaction.
  • Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve problems that may arise during projects, and implement solutions to prevent similar problems from occurring in the future.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a supervisory role, or equivalent experience.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Environment: Outdoors, noisy.
  • Work Setting: Construction, maintenance, repair, renovation, residential.
  • Transportation: Valid driver's license, own vehicle.
  • Physical Capabilities: Work under pressure, overtime required.
  • Personal Suitability: Accurate, client focus, dependability, efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral communication, excellent written communication, flexibility, initiative, judgement, organized, reliability, team player, values and ethics.
