AECOM is seeking an experienced Railway Infrastructure Project Manager to join our team in Burnaby, BC or Edmonton, Alberta offices. This role involves overseeing the delivery of complex railway projects, ensuring they meet client requirements and are completed on time and within budget.

About the Role
  • Lead project teams to deliver high-profile railway infrastructure projects.
  • Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
  • Collaborate with clients, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure project success.
  • Maintain and control project documentation and records.
Requirements

To succeed in this challenging role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in railway engineering, preferably with a Class 1 Railway company.
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and/or Civil 3D is an asset.
Preferred Qualifications

We welcome applicants with experience in:

  • Survey, Concrete & Soil Testing, and Construction QA/QC.
  • Inspections, assessments, and design of railway structures.
  • Working knowledge of AREMA (American Railway Engineering and Maintenance-of-way Association) Manual.
  • Familiarity with AECOM's policies and procedures.
