Job Summary

The Student Financial Processing Assistant role is a key position within the Office of the University Registrar, responsible for delivering high-quality financial processing services to York University's diverse student population.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and process student account activity and financial aid applications
  • Facilitate effective and efficient financial administration processes
  • Contribute to a student-centered environment and promote financial accountability among students
  • Collaborate with other staff to provide excellent service experience for students
Requirements
  • Two years' related financial administrative experience
  • Experience with accounts receivable, debt collection, and financial aid application processes
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and technical skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and work with sensitive files
Working Environment

The Student Financial Processing Assistant will work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and be part of a team that shares the divisional values of Courage, Connection, and Empathy.
