Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Consultant to join our team of customer-focused professionals. As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for delivering unparalleled service to our customers, building and cultivating relationships, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Proactively engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business and referrals
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and product knowledge to provide expert advice to customers
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the growth of the dealership
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives
Requirements
  • Unrestricted OMVIC license and dealership approval
  • Valid driver's license
  • Minimum High School Diploma
  • Post-Secondary Education preferred
  • Experience in the automotive industry preferred
  • Previous retail sales/customer service experience required
