Job Title: Sales Associate III

As a Sales Associate III, you'll play a critical role in achieving this goal by providing top-notch service to our customers and driving sales through effective communication and product knowledge.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive and engaging experience for every customer
  • Drive sales through effective communication, product knowledge, and upselling/cross-selling opportunities
  • Maintain a thorough knowledge of our products, including features, benefits, and pricing
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash, credit card payments, and returns
  • Contribute to a positive and inclusive store environment, supporting colleagues and promoting a culture of excellence
Requirements:
  • 1-3 years of retail experience, preferably in luxury footwear or a related field
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and POS systems
