Receptionist

As a key member of our Spring Living Retirement Communities team, the Receptionist will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and support to our residents, visitors, and colleagues.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to all incoming calls and inquiries in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring a positive experience for our residents and visitors.
- Direct and assist visitors, providing clear and concise information about our community and services.
- Manage internal mail, packages, and courier services, ensuring timely and efficient delivery.
- Coordinate meeting room bookings and schedules, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
- Update phone and distribution lists, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and well-organized reception area, reflecting the high standards of our community.
- Assist with small projects and tasks as required, supporting the administrative team and contributing to the overall success of our community.
Requirements
- Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with residents, visitors, and colleagues.
- Previous experience in a reception or administrative role is considered an asset, but not required.
- Professional and polished telephone manner, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure.
- Highly organized and detail-focused, with the ability to maintain accurate records and meet deadlines.
- Expertise in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, E-Mail) and ability to learn new systems and technologies.
- Current Vulnerable Position/Sector Screening (VPS) and fully vaccinated for Covid-19.
