About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced IT professional to join our team as a Senior Desktop Support Specialist. This is a key role within our organization, responsible for providing superior technical support and infrastructure management services to our employees.
Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support for desktops, endpoint devices, and end-user network and server access administration.
- Support, administer, and troubleshoot endpoint devices, ensuring compliance with security standards and managing updates, lifecycle planning, and vendor coordination.
- Develop, deliver, and continuously update IT training materials, including onboarding guides, best practices, and knowledge base articles.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of relevant client service experience in a technical support role.
- Well-rounded experience with technologies such as Office 365 user administration, Microsoft Active Directory, Microsoft Intune administration, Windows 10/11, and enterprise endpoint infrastructure.
- In-depth knowledge of commercial ticketing systems and KPIs, good understanding of the ITSM/ITIL methodology, and exceptional analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving ability.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong documentation skills, and certifications in areas such as Microsoft Endpoint Certifications or ITIL Foundations v4.
