Key Responsibilities
  • Assign Sales Workers to Duties: Effectively manage and allocate tasks to our sales team to ensure that our customers receive the best possible service.
  • Authorize Return of Merchandise: Make informed decisions regarding the return of merchandise, ensuring that our customers are satisfied and that our store's inventory is managed efficiently.
  • Establish Work Schedules: Create and manage work schedules for our sales team, ensuring that our store is adequately staffed at all times.
  • Sell Merchandise: Provide exceptional customer service and sell our products to customers, ensuring that our sales targets are met.
  • Prepare Reports on Sales Volumes, Merchandising and Personnel Matters: Analyze sales data and prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters, providing valuable insights to our management team.
  • Resolve Issues: Effectively resolve any issues that may arise, including customer complaints, supply shortages, and other operational challenges.
  • Organize and Maintain Inventory: Manage our store's inventory, ensuring that our products are accurately stocked and that our customers have access to the products they need.
  • Supervise and Co-ordinate Activities of Workers: Supervise and co-ordinate the activities of our sales team, ensuring that our store runs smoothly and efficiently.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year
  • Work Term: Permanent
  • Work Language: English
  • Hours: 35 hours per week
