Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Theatre Box Office Associate at Capitol Cinemas Ponoka Inc.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate a cash register and process transactions accurately and efficiently
  • Provide exceptional customer service to patrons, answering questions and resolving issues in a professional manner
  • Assist with seat selection and provide information about movie showtimes and schedules
  • Stock shelves and maintain a clean and organized workspace
  • Participate in promotional activities and contribute to a positive and engaging customer experience
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience in a customer-facing role is an asset
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain attention to detail
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
