Theatre Cashier Job Summary

Capitol Cinemas Ponoka Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Theatre Cashier to join our team. As a Theatre Cashier, you will be responsible for operating the cash register, processing payments, and providing excellent customer service to our patrons.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate the cash register and process payments accurately and efficiently
  • Provide exceptional customer service to our patrons, including greeting customers, answering questions, and resolving issues
  • Assist patrons with seat selection and provide information about our theatre and upcoming shows
  • Stock shelves and maintain a clean and organized workspace
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced environment and maintain a positive attitude under pressure

Requirements:

  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience in a customer-facing role is an asset
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a positive attitude under pressure
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills

Work Environment:

The Theatre Cashier will work in a cinema and/or drive-in theatre environment, with a focus on providing excellent customer service to our patrons.
