Job SummaryWe are seeking a skilled Process Demonstration and Testing Technician to join our team. As a key member of our process development team, you will be responsible for providing onsite and remote monitoring of tests conducted in Process Demonstration Units (PDU) and Pilot Plants. You will work closely with our engineering team to analyze and produce essential data for Svante's technology development.
Key Responsibilities- Monitor systems, perform inspections, and update logbooks
- Inform engineer or management of any issues
- Analyze and produce essential data for Svante's technology development
- Work with instrumentation and process control functionality
- Perform lab sampling and analysis
- Take actions monitoring plant data such as pressure, flow rate, temperature, and composition
- Complete daily and weekly reports and other reporting requirements as needed
- Diploma with mechanical or chemical process background
- Years of experience in operating a plant or pilot plant
- Mechanically inclined with hands-on experience with equipment maintenance and repair
- Experience with instrumentation and process control functionality
- Hands-on experience working with valves, stationary and rotary process equipment
- Good familiarity with boiler operation and daily inspection
