As a Financial Services Professional at RBC Dominion Securities, you'll help clients achieve their financial goals while we support your career growth. What You'll Do:

  • You'll leverage RBC's extensive investment and wealth management resources to create customized portfolios and wealth plans for your clients.
  • You'll foster trusted, long-term relationships with clients using personalized service and advice.
  • You'll work collaboratively with RBC partners to ensure clients receive comprehensive financial support.
  • You'll stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to deliver exceptional client service.

Requirements:

  • You'll have 4-6 years of outbound sales experience and be comfortable earning 100% commission.
  • You'll have completed the Canadian Securities Course (CSC) or will prior to your start date.
  • You'll have a passion for financial planning and a keen interest in portfolio management.
  • You'll have strong relationship-building skills and the ability to connect with diverse clients.
