As a Financial Services Professional at RBC Dominion Securities, you'll help clients achieve their financial goals while we support your career growth. You'll have the opportunity to build strong relationships with high-net-worth individuals, families, and business owners, and provide them with customized financial advice and planning.

What You'll Do:

  • You'll use your excellent communication and problem-solving skills to build and maintain client relationships.
  • You'll be a self-starter, taking initiative to drive your own success and make a meaningful impact.
  • You'll leverage RBC's extensive resources and expertise to create tailored financial plans and investment strategies for your clients.
  • You'll foster long-term relationships with clients, providing them with personalized service and advice.

Requirements:

  • You'll have 4-6 years of experience in outbound sales or a related field, with a strong track record of success.
  • You'll have completed the Canadian Securities Course (CSC) or will prior to your start date.
  • You'll have a passion for financial planning and a keen interest in portfolio management.
  • You'll have strong relationship-building skills and the ability to connect with diverse individuals.
