Job Title: Assistant Store Leader

Knix is a leading intimate apparel and activewear brand that is revolutionizing the industry with its innovative products and customer-centric approach. We are seeking an experienced Assistant Store Leader to join our team and help drive business growth and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of sales associates to deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive sales growth.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Manage store operations, including visual merchandising, inventory management, and store maintenance.
  • Collaborate with the Store Manager to achieve business objectives and improve store performance.
  • Provide coaching and development opportunities to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a retail leadership role, preferably in a similar size team and/or store volume.
  • Proven track record of recruiting, developing, and retaining high-performing teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
