We are seeking a skilled Sr. Manager to lead our Forensics & Litigation Support team. As a trusted advisor, you'll prepare damage quantification losses and reports, interact with lawyers in expert accounting litigation support, and drive business growth through innovative solutions.

  • Key Responsibilities: Lead client engagements in damage quantification, litigation support, and specialized proceedings for various clients and industries.
  • Calculate and analyze economic loss claims, providing commercial advice to clients.
  • Develop investigative plans for sensitive litigious matters, objectively analyzing complex financial situations and creating independent expert financial reports.
  • Manage engagement planning, scheduling, and project financials, including budgets, WIP, timely billing, collection, and variance recognition.
  • Provide industry and technical expertise through client interactions, research, analysis, reports, and high-quality deliverables.
  • Identify ways to add value to clients, ensuring their needs are met and relationships grow and develop.
  • Maintain high quality control, applying specialized knowledge to anticipate, identify, and address key risks relevant to clients' businesses.
  • Network in the local business community, consider business development opportunities, and lead proposal preparation and delivery to meet client needs.
  • Mentor, motivate, and coach team members toward professional and personal development.
  • Contribute to strategic and operational planning related to client and practice management, as well as developing new ideas and approaches to improve work processes.

About the Role: This position requires 8-9 years of public accounting experience, preferably with advisory or consulting experience. A CPA designation is required, with CFF or CIP designation considered an asset. Strong business and practice development skills, proven people management and relationship building abilities, and strategic planning and conceptual thinking skills are essential.

The estimated salary for this role is £80,000 - 100,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
