Job Title: Home Childcare Professional

We are seeking a reliable and caring Home Childcare Professional to join our team at ROBERT CEREMUGA, JONABELLE CEREMUGA. As a Home Childcare Provider, you will be responsible for providing high-quality childcare services in a loving and safe environment.

Estimated Salary: $50,000 - $60,000 per year (based on 35 hours per week)

About the Job
  • This is a permanent position with a flexible schedule of 35 hours per week.
  • The ideal candidate will have 1-7 months of experience in childcare and possess excellent interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities
  • Assume full responsibility for household duties in the absence of parents.
  • Perform light housekeeping and cleaning tasks to maintain a clean and healthy environment.
  • Bathe, dress, and feed infants and children according to their needs.
  • Discipline children using the methods requested by parents.
  • Instruct children in personal hygiene and social development.
  • Keep accurate records of daily activities and health information regarding children.
  • Maintain a safe and healthy environment in the home.
  • Organize activities such as games and outings for children.
  • Prepare and serve nutritious meals.
  • Prepare infants and children for rest periods.
  • Supervise and care for children.
  • Support children with homework assignments.
Requirements
  • Possess a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Be able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exhibit initiative and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Have efficient interpersonal skills and be able to communicate effectively with parents and children.
  • Be organized and able to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Meet the physical demands of the job, including repetitive tasks.
Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities

The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in a private home setting with occasional travel to appointments or meetings. They must also be able to lift, bend, and stand for extended periods.

Language and Work Schedule

The primary language of communication will be English, and the work schedule will be 35 hours per week, with flexibility to accommodate the family's needs.
