Operations Data Analyst

At Lone Wolf Real Estate Technologies Inc, we're seeking a highly skilled Operations Data Analyst to join our team. This role is a key part of our operations function, responsible for providing data-driven insights to inform business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Gather requirements from subject matter experts to create reports needed for all Operations departments.
  • Work with department leaders to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Create and maintain regular reporting, weekly, monthly, and quarterly, for business needs.
  • Organize and provide data in formats that are usable for teams and leaders to effect change and improve their business.
  • Interface directly with internal department leaders to provide exceptional communication and support.
  • Assist with identifying and solving data gaps and inaccuracies.
  • Continuous improvement on reporting tools to evolve into automation and leader direct access to reporting when necessary.
  • Regular involvement in system integration planning and logistics to provide input for data and reporting needs.
  • Work with leaders to clearly define KPIs and ensure that reporting is properly correlated to established goals.

Requirements:
  • College degree preferred; equivalent experience may be accepted.
  • 3-5 years' as a Data Analyst or related field preferred (QA/QC/BA).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Positive attitude and solutions-oriented thinking.
  • Must be able to produce high-quality work as part of a fast-paced, dynamic team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; excellent follow-up skills required.
  • Experience with accounting systems or financial reporting is highly desirable.
  • Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision.
  • Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Tableau proficiency strongly desired.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce preferred.
  • Knowledge of JIRA preferred.
  • Strong team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Experience collaborating with remote teams preferred.
  • Experience within real estate or real estate brokerages preferred.
  • Occasional travel may be required (US and Canada).

  • The ability to organize, set, and implement priorities and manage multiple tasks.
  • Success with the ability to show flexibility, sound business judgment, and highly developed personal, analytical, and communication skills.
