Retail Store Supervisor

FUTURE GEN COMMUNICATIONS is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our retail operations, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our retail store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and Manage Staff: Lead and motivate a team of sales associates, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
- Operational Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the store, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and store maintenance.
- Sales and Customer Service: Drive sales growth by implementing effective sales strategies, providing excellent customer service, and resolving customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and analyze sales reports, identifying trends and areas for improvement to inform business decisions.
- Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, including ordering and receiving merchandise, to ensure optimal stock levels and minimize waste.
- Store Maintenance: Ensure the store is maintained in a clean and organized manner, adhering to company standards and health and safety regulations.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of retail management experience
- Work Environment: Non-smoking, air-conditioned
- Work Setting: Urban area, retail business
- Transportation: Own transportation, public transportation available
- Work Conditions: Fast-paced environment, work under pressure, tight deadlines, handling heavy loads, combination of sitting, standing, walking
