Job Title: Construction Inspector

At JABLONSKY, AST AND PARTNERS, AST AND PARTNERS INTERNATIONAL, we are seeking a skilled Construction Inspector to join our team. As a Construction Inspector, you will play a critical role in ensuring that construction projects meet the highest standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Examine plans, drawings, and site layouts to ensure compliance with building codes and regulations.
  • Inspect construction of buildings and engineering projects to identify any defects or non-compliance.
  • Ensure that all construction work is carried out in accordance with approved plans and specifications.
  • Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and identify any potential issues.
  • Prepare detailed reports on the condition of new or resale homes, highlighting any defects or areas for improvement.
Requirements:
  • College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Working Conditions:

This is a permanent position with a 37.5 hour work week. The work language is English.
