Job Title: Construction Inspector

We are seeking a skilled Construction Inspector to join our team at JABLONSKY, AST AND PARTNERS, AST AND PARTNERS INTERNATIONAL. As a Construction Inspector, you will be responsible for ensuring that construction projects meet the required building codes and specifications.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Examine plans, drawings, and site layouts to ensure compliance with building codes and specifications.
  • Inspect construction of buildings and engineering construction to identify any defects or non-compliance.
  • Ensure that steel and concrete installation codes are enforced.
  • Inspect and provide reports on the condition of new or resale homes.
Requirements:
  • College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to work independently.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
