Enterprise Solutions Technical Lead

The Senior Enterprise Solutions Technical Lead will spearhead the strategic and operational leadership of our SAP and Tableau platforms, ensuring their optimal performance, stability, and alignment with our business objectives. Reporting to the SAP & Technical Services (STSS) Manager, you will lead a team of skilled technical professionals dedicated to the administration, enhancement, and innovation of these critical platforms.
This key role requires strong technical vision and effective communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage complex projects. You will oversee system configurations, upgrades, and integrations, while ensuring compliance with governance standards and aligning our enterprise solutions with the organization's strategic goals.
As a trusted advisor to senior leadership throughout the organization, you will develop positive working relationships within Technology Services and across client and partner divisions, promoting collaboration and service excellence in cross-functional teams.
You will also establish and nurture collaborative relationships with City stakeholders and senior management, helping them identify opportunities where Technology Services can add value, drive transformation, or support program operations.
This role requires considerable years of relevant, progressive supervisory work experience in complex IT platform implementation and sustainment operations, with a proven track record of delivering results. You must have experience leading, managing, and motivating teams in support of operational projects and sustainment activities.
A university degree in computer science or a related discipline, with several years of progressively more responsible technical administration/sustainment experience in large-scale IT solutions, is required. Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a multi-divisional diverse environment are essential.
We offer a competitive salary of $122,305.00 - $163,639.00 per year, plus benefits, including comprehensive health insurance, retirement savings plan, and generous vacation time.
