About the Role:
Key Responsibilities:
- Technical Leadership: Provide technical guidance and oversight to the SAP Portfolio Enterprise Delivery team, ensuring the successful implementation and management of enterprise solutions.
- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement detailed plans and recommend policies regarding program-specific requirements.
- Project Management: Manage complex technology projects from initiation to closure, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
- Quality Assurance: Lead quality assurance efforts, including test planning, execution, and defect management.
- Team Management: Supervise and mentor a team of technical professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure their success.
Requirements:
Education: Post-secondary degree or diploma in computer science or related field.Experience: 10+ years of experience in leading complex technology projects, managing staff resources, and developing strategic plans.Skills: Strong technical knowledge of enterprise solutions, software product and project management, quality assurance leadership, and team management.What We Offer:
The City of Toronto offers a competitive salary range of $122,305 - $163,639 per annum, commensurate with experience.
