Hylton Carpentry & Reno is seeking a skilled labourer to join our team for various construction projects. As a construction labourer and helper, you will be responsible for assisting in the construction and renovation of buildings, including loading and unloading materials, erecting scaffolding, and assisting in framing houses.

The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, be reliable, and have good communication skills. If you are a hardworking individual who is eager to learn and take on new challenges, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Loading and unloading construction materials
  • Erecting and dismantling scaffolding, ramps, and barricades
  • Assisting in framing houses, erecting walls, and building roofs
  • Leveling earth to fine grade specifications
  • Cleaning and piling salvaged materials
  • Removing rubble and other debris at construction sites
  • Tending or feeding machines or equipment used in construction
  • Directing traffic at or near construction sites

Requirements:

  • Will train
  • Permanent employment
  • English language
  • 35 to 40 hours per week
