Job Title: Construction Labourer and Helper

Plaza Ontario Marble and Tile is seeking a reliable and hardworking Construction Labourer and Helper to join our team.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled Construction Labourer and Helper to assist in the construction process. The successful candidate will be responsible for loading, unloading, and transporting construction materials, erecting and dismantling concrete forms, scaffolding, ramps, catwalks, shoring, and barricades, mixing, pouring, and spreading materials such as concrete and asphalt, and assisting in drilling and blasting rock on construction sites.

Responsibilities:
  • Loading, unloading, and transporting construction materials
  • Erecting and dismantling concrete forms, scaffolding, ramps, catwalks, shoring, and barricades
  • Mixing, pouring, and spreading materials such as concrete and asphalt
  • Assisting in drilling and blasting rock on construction sites
  • Removing rubble and other debris at construction sites
  • Tending or feeding machines or equipment used in construction
Requirements:
  • Physically demanding work environment
  • Ability to handle heavy loads
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to work in confined spaces, noisy environments, and dusty conditions
  • Ability to work at various locations
