Job Title: Food Service Manager

Jagga Sweets Ltd. is seeking a highly skilled Food Service Manager to oversee the daily operations of our food service department. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of food and service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Cost Control: Manage food and labor costs to ensure profitability.
  • Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory levels to prevent stockouts and overstocking.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations to maintain a safe working environment.
  • Supplier Negotiations: Negotiate with suppliers to secure the best prices for food and other supplies.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Operations Management: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Supervision: Supervise a team of more than 20 staff members in various areas of responsibility.
  • Work Conditions: Work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and physically demanding tasks.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in food service management.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
