We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our Transitional Care team at Hogan Court in Bedford, Nova Scotia.
The successful candidate will be responsible for processing and systemizing all employee status changes throughout the lifecycle, coordinating onboarding activities and facility orientation, and ensuring staff schedules are complete and accurate.
Additionally, the candidate will analyze and validate timecards, communicate with staff to ensure proper coverage, and act as a point of contact for employee requests and support.
The ideal candidate will have a post-secondary degree or diploma in a related field, 2-3 years of experience in staff scheduling, payroll administration, or general administrative duties, and a passion for the healthcare sector.
About YouWe are looking for a team player who is able to work collaboratively with others, prioritize tasks effectively, and maintain confidentiality.
The successful candidate will be able to provide a clear Criminal Record Check/Vulnerable Sector Check and have the ability to travel to different sites within the region.
