Restaurant Team Lead

A Bite of Asia Inc. is seeking a skilled Restaurant Supervisor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that food and service meet our high standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and Co-ordinate Activities: Lead a team of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Train Staff: Provide guidance and training to staff on job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures.
- Estimate Ingredients and Supplies: Determine the necessary ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation.
- Quality Control: Ensure that food and service meet our quality control standards.
- Customer Service: Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
- Food Order Summaries: Prepare summaries of food orders for the chef.
- Work Schedules: Establish and maintain work schedules for staff.
The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on providing excellent customer service and maintaining high standards of quality and safety.
Requirements:- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience, or equivalent experience.
- Work Setting: Restaurant.
- Supervision: 5-10 people.
- Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Fast-paced environment, permanent work term, and 65 hours bi-weekly.
