About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior Account Director to join our team at Battery. As a key member of our client services team, you will be responsible for leading a team to provide exceptional client service and working closely with our internal team and clients to create and deliver innovative, fully integrated advertising campaigns.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team to provide the utmost level of client service and work with senior managers to generate new accounts.
  • Oversee the overall leadership of multiple client relationships/businesses, including the development of strategic plans, execution of plans, and financial management of the account.
  • Partner with our creative and production teams to develop integrated global campaigns.
  • Contribute to strategic development, creative ideation, and production approach.
Requirements
  • 8+ years of industry experience (ad agency or brand side).
  • Integrated marketing and advertising experience leading major consumer brands.
  • Experience managing internal project costs against budgets.
