Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Physiotherapist to provide specialized care to individuals in the comfort of their own homes and within the community. As a vital member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work with a collaborative team, foster a positive culture, and make a direct impact on your clients' lives.

Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality physiotherapy services to clients in their homes and within the community
  • Build strong relationships with clients, families, and healthcare professionals
  • Conduct thorough assessments and develop personalized treatment plans
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices through ongoing education and training

Requirements

  • Current active registration with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario in good standing
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships
  • Valid Driver's License (G2/G) and reliable insured vehicle
  • Vulnerable Sector Screening (VSS) within 12 months of hire (or in process), with a current Criminal Records Check
